Alison graduated in 2002 from McGill University with a B. Sc in Physiotherapy. She went on to become a practitioner but was unsure whether her passion lay in being a hands-on therapist. After 6 years of clinical practice working in orthopaedic/sports medicine and neurological settings, Alison decided to transition to a position where she could maximize her organizational, customer service and presentation skills.

Since the birth of Quanta, Alison’s hybrid administrative and healthcare background has proven to be a perfect match for the operations manager position. Today, she continues to focus on helping the company grow and making sure that the premium quality of care offered at Quanta is maintained. Having worked at several other rehabilitation centers, it is clear to Alison how unique and innovative the methodology at Quanta is and she is deeply committed to their philosophy.

Alison is also an accomplished ballet-jazz dancer who has worked extensively in the field. She has continued to teach and dance professionally throughout her career as a physiotherapist/operations manager.
